Stealth Label

Stealth Stout

A jet-black ale with a roasted-malt character that's offset by a residual sweetness and a full body - think of sweetened black coffee.

Nighthawk Chocolate Raspberry Stout

Our Stealth Stout but laced with tart, fruity raspberry aroma and flavor with a lingering Dutch cocoa finish, great for dessert!

Nighthawk Label
Luftwaffe Label

Luftwaffe Kolsch

This pale, light-bodied golden ale is traditionally given a long, cold aging period which makes it very smooth and clean. "Spritzy" is a word often used to describe Kolsch - very refreshing, and a popular lawnmower beer for beer snobs!

On Tap Icon

Hap's Pumpkin Ale

Clean and sweetly malty with just enough hop bitterness to balance and no hop aroma to mask the spices. A complex, lingering spice profile full of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger that persists from the pour to the last swish in the pint glass.

OUR MISSION

Bomber Brewing Company started out of the tiny 2 bedroom apartment Erin and Joey were renting in lovely Redondo Beach.

Joey's first attempt at brewing with the help of Chris S. turned into a passion that's been brewing (pun intended) ever since!

The operation has since moved to Colorado into a new and bigger location, complete with brewery and tap room. Many beers have come and gone and we're excited to see what gets brewed next.

Stay tuned for what's next on tap and the trials and tribulations of an up an coming brewer!
